The Sereftile Commitment
Sereftile was established more than thirty years ago with a steadfast commitment to elevating the standard of excellence in the tile installation industry. What began as a local, dedicated team of master craftsmen has blossomed into a regional leader, consistently recognized for delivering superior quality and technical precision across all project sizes. Our journey has always been rooted in craftsmanship, adhering strictly to time-tested techniques while simultaneously integrating the latest advancements in tiling technology and premium material science.
We specialize comprehensively in both the high-pressure demands of complex commercial flooring systems—such as those found in industrial settings, high-traffic retail centers, and healthcare facilities—and the meticulous artistry required for high-end residential wet area tiling, including custom showers and luxury kitchen backsplashes. We approach every single tile application, whether it's large-format porcelain or delicate natural stone, with the same rigorous standard of preparation, flawless execution, and a zero-tolerance policy for defects.
Our dedication extends beyond the final visual outcome. We pride ourselves on the durability and structural integrity of our installations, utilizing only high-grade waterproofing membranes, advanced polymer-modified adhesives, and specialized levelling systems.
Our Core Values
Our mission is clear: to be the most trusted tile installation firm in the region. We relentlessly pursue this goal every day. We maintain an unwavering focus on two critical areas. First, we ensure continuous professional training for all our master tile setters. Second, we strictly adhere to the highest international standards for substrate preparation. This commitment guarantees flawless and safe installation every time. Our goal is simple: to set the undisputed benchmark for quality and safety on every project we manage.
The overarching vision for Sereftile is to truly transform every environment we touch. We use meticulous tiling to achieve this goal. We turn ordinary, functional spaces, like commercial lobbies and wet rooms, into breathtaking, enduring works of architectural art. We aim to build and inspire unwavering confidence in all our clients.
Every single action taken within the Sereftile organization is strictly governed by our enduring core values. These foundational principles are non-negotiable and guide our daily work. Our principles include: Precision, which ensures every cut and alignment is executed perfectly; Durability, which guarantees our finished work withstands the test of time and heavy use; Integrity, meaning we operate with complete honesty and the highest ethical standards; and finally, Client Focus, ensuring the client's long-term satisfaction remains the central driver of project success.
